At the time, I had just received word from my doctor that my total cholesterol level was 218.   What really concerned him was that my HDL (good cholesterol) was only 28 and he stated that it should above 40. Although my doctor isn’t a huge proponent of medication, he felt that it might be necessary in my case.

Now, I am no fan of medication so I began to look for alternative ways to reduce my LDL (bad) cholesterol and raise my good cholesterol levels.  So, I decided to try this product.
